Ji Yue Specialty Coffee is family-run and serves single origin coffees that are expertly roasted (by Sweet Blossom Coffee Roasters - Johor Bahru, Malaysia) to a lighter profile, thus preserving the natural flavours and aroma of the beans. We aspire to brew high quality coffees that are balanced in acidity and sweetness with the aim of sharing the different aspects of coffee and appreciate its true complexity. In addition, we also serve high quality Matcha Lattes and Drinking Chocolate.
