Recognising the demand from our Muslim counterparts for authentic Chinese hawker fare, the Encik Tan brand was introduced as a Halal-certified mini food atrium concept that dishes up a parade of popular local Chinese dishes, such as Hainanese Curry Rice, Wanton Noodles, Ban Mian, and Claypot Rice.
