Oatmeal/Instant breakfast bowls
Orh Nee (Taro) Instant Oatmeal
The ultimate comfort dessert (quite often the only reason we put up with going to chinese wedding banquets as kids), orh nee is a guilty pleasure to be had occasionally. For breakfast, we made it less sinful by replacing the sugar and lard with purple sweet potatoes, organic agave and a dash of oat milk. Finish it off with roasted pumpkins, ginkgo, and coconut chips and you'll be living every kid's life-long dream: eating dessert for breakfast.$7.50Almond + Cashew Butter Gluten-Free Oatmeal
The classic, done to perfection. We start with slowly simmered steel-cut oats and quinoa (chewy yet fluffy) and then layer on the nut butters - almond for the deep nutty kick, and cashew for its smoother floral aftertaste. Then we top it off with juicy tart blueberries, fleshy sweet bananas and crunchy earthy walnuts. Now that's a classic.$7.50Matcha + Adzuki Vegan Instant Oatmeal
At Prepped, we sometimes start our day super early and often times we're complete zombies until our first shot of caffeine. (Zombies are not great at cutting veggies.) Thankfully this bowl is never too far away, and after a few minutes in the microwave, our caffeine fix is ready, along with a scrumptious breakfast! No artificial fillers, preservatives or refined sugars. Great for breakfast on the go. Frozen product. Add liquid of choice and microwave for 3-4 minutes.$7.50Earl Grey + Lemon Curd Instant Oatmeal
Spring is always a great time to have breakfast by the balcony; cool enough to enjoy a hot cup of tea while sunny enough that you're not freezing in your PJs. This is also when lemons are at their most abundant and preserves are at their freshest (the irony). While we don't have spring here in this sunny island, we sure can bring the same breakfast elements to you.$7.50Apple Pie Instant Oatmeal
Steel cut oat bowls are meant to be filled with warmth and comfort, and nothing screams cozy comfort more than a freshly baked apple pie. To make this ultimate hygge oat bowl, we start with the same labor intensive process needed to make the pie filling (replacing the refined sugars with the more natural agave) then add in heaps of fresh apples, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and top it all off with a dash of raisins.$7.50Chestnuts + Sweet Potato Instant Oatmeal
Most places have ice-cream trucks, but in Japan and Korea, they have sweet potato trucks! There's no better handwarmer in cold weather than a piping hot sweet potato. Slow roasted to bring out the natural sugars, we blend a mix of yellow Japanese sweet potatoes (rich, complex and gummy) with purple sweet potatoes (sweet and vibrant). The result: a paste with layered levels of sweetness and earthy potato flavor.$7.50Dirty Chai Vegan Oatmeal
We once found ourselves stranded by the roadside in a small Turkish village. Thankfully, a grandma sheltered us while we waited for the next bus. On her table: figs, spiced tea and a couple of bananas. That combination shouldn't work, but it did, and it was the best breakfast we've had. This is our homage to that kind grandma.$7.50Tropical Summerburst Microwaveable Oatmeal
Singapore mornings can be a beautiful sight, so pretty even night-owls like us set our alarms for the view. When we do, we make sure to set the mood with an equally bright and uplifting breakfast. Filled with summer citrus, this blend of passionfruit, oranges, and limes will get you ready for a fun filled day in the sun.$7.50Coco + Mango Gluten-Free Instant Oatmeal
Mango season is one that we look forward to every year, and when it comes time...we horde. Thanks to globalization, mangoes have become pretty much always in season, as long as you know which varietal to look out for. Some may be sweeter, some more floral, others a bit tart... but regardless of these differences, mangoes will always taste great mixed in a bowl of steel cut oats.$7.50Pumpkin Pie Vegan Gluten Free Oatmeal
Thanksgiving is probably the holiday we miss the most from living abroad - after all it was the closest thing we had to our Chinese New Year. We'd spend the day helping out in the kitchen, then feast like competitive eaters, not forgetting the ultra competitive games where glory was the only prize. While we still think CNY is better (because you get $$$) what Thanksgiving had over CNY was the pumpkin pie. That crumbly crust, rich pumpkin filling, and candied pecans...how do you beat that?$7.50Banana Nut Bread Instant Oatmeal
Bananas are rich in fiber and are super tasty, but alas they are always sold in huge bunches, making them well-nigh impossible to finish. Thankfully we have just the thing to save the day: over ripe bananas are great when spiced (akin to banana nut bread) and spiked with coconut milk. We've paired that with freshly ripened bananas to get 2 textures of bananas in our oatmeal, and none of the logistical nightmares (or guilt of throwing away bananas)!$7.50Black Sesame + Jujube Instant Oatmeal
The OG of dessert for breakfast is the black sesame paste. We never quite figured out if it was a dessert, but thanks to its mild sweetness and high nutritional value, we found ourselves eating this both for breakfast and dessert, sometimes on the same day! To make it even better, we've cut out the refined sugar, opting instead for organic agave and jujubes to boost the flavor. Top it all off with walnuts, pumpkin seeds and coconut shreds and you have yourself a legitimate breakfast....or desser$7.50

BRB: Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. One sip is enough for you to say BRB to whatever you're doing as you go and find a nice quiet place to fully enjoy every sip of this classic favorite.$7.50Mint Julep Vegan Smoothie
Big hats, lovely dresses and a horse race, the Kentucky derby was always our sign that summer was about to start. Of course we can't forget the drink of choice, the mint julep. But since we can't use bourbon or sugar, we've swapped them out with quintessential summer fruits: peaches and kiwis. Throw in a spring of mint and let the summer festivities begin!$7.50Great Green Dragon Gluten-Free Smoothie
Tolkien wrote his first story at age seven. It was about a "green great dragon." He showed it to his mother who told him that you absolutely couldn't have a green great dragon, and that it had to be a great green one instead. Tolkien was so disheartened that he never wrote another story for years. Somehow as adults we all know what the right thing is, even if we can't explain why. Same for this smoothie, we know that its great tasting and even better for you....we just can't explain how and why$7.50Tropical Paradise Vegan Gluten-Free Smoothie
Mango + Papaya + Pineapples The quintessential summer fruit mix: sweet, tart, and floral. Mix in a splash of coconut water and little cashew butter and you have the ultimate pick-me-up capable of lifting your mood even in the dreariest of Singapore monsoons. Goes great with oatmilk or coconut water.$7.50Pina Colada Vegan Gluten-Free Smoothie
Nothing says summer vacay like an ice cold pina colada on a sun-soaked day. Thankfully Singapore is perennially sun-soaked and so all we have to do is make sure you have that pina colada in your hand! Goes great with oatmilk or coconut water.$7.50Chai Spice Vegan Smoothie
Inspired by our favorite cold weather drink, our blend of 6 spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, allspice, cardamom) create a comforting smoothie that not only goes down well, but is also full of fiber from the oats, flax seeds and cauliflower. Goes great with oatmilk or any milk of your choice.$7.50Cold Brew Sumatra Mocha Smoothie
Our ideal breakfast? Why a cup of coffee and nut butter oatmeal of course. But what happens when we're pressed for time.....we blend it into a smoothie! Just kidding. While the ingredients are similar, we've fine tuned this into a morning pick-me-up that's great for when you're on the go.$7.50Pumpkin Spice Vegan Gluten-Free Smoothie
Fall is probably our favorite season, for autumn foliage, crisp weather, and the awesome PSL (Pumpkin spice latte). Basic, you say? Judge again after we tell you we've upgraded it with slow roasted pumpkins and butternut squash, turmeric and our own blend of pumpkin spice. Now that's a PSL with actual pumpkins in it.$7.50Dracula's Delight Smoothie (with Acai)
Can you be a vampire and vegan? With this you can! Filled with blood boosting beets, red dragon fruit, and fortified with acai, kale and a sprinkle of flax, this deep red colored smoothie is sure to make that twilight fan of a friend salivate. PS: Also great for all you budding endurance athletes out there. Great with oat milk or coconut water.$7.50APC (Apple, Pomegranate, Cranberries) Vegan Smoothie
