Souvlaki is a Greek dish where small pieces of meat and occasionally vegetables, are grilled on a skewer. Commonly served alongside grilled pita with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and at times, even yoghurt dips to refresh the palate. Seasoned with pepper and fresh herbs, these meat bites pack a punch of tantalizing flavours.
